Account settings

Account settings is where you manage your own profile and, if you’re an admin, the people on your account.

  1. Open Account settings.
  2. Select Edit profile.
  3. Change your name or upload a new profile picture. You can zoom and crop the picture before saving.

Everyone can edit their own profile, including contributors.

The Usage section shows how much of your account’s AI credits and storage you’ve used. Storage includes files in the Vault and everyone’s private files.

  1. In Invite a member, enter the person’s email address.
  2. Choose a role. New members are contributors unless you choose otherwise.
    • Admin: manages the account, its users, organisational structure, projects and settings.
    • Contributor: fills in the data points assigned to them.
  3. Select Add member.
  4. Copy the sign-up link or the ready-made message and send it to the person yourself.

Palau doesn’t send an invitation email. The person joins your account when they sign up with the email address you added. Until then, they show as Not signed up yet.

You can copy the sign-up link again at any time with Copy invite link.

Select the member’s role in the Members list and choose the new one. You can do this before they’ve signed up.

  • Pending invite: remove it and the person can no longer join with that address.
  • Active member: they’re moved to their own new, empty account. They keep their login but lose access to your account’s data.

You can’t remove yourself, and every account needs at least one admin.

In Danger zone, select Delete account and confirm. This permanently deletes your login and signs you out. It can’t be undone.
