Reef
Reef is Palau’s AI assistant. Use it for sustainability questions, to work with your files, and to create documents and dashboards.
Start a conversation
Section titled “Start a conversation”- Open Reef.
- Type your question, or dictate it with the microphone in supported browsers such as Chrome.
- Select New to start another conversation, or Conversations to go back to an earlier one.
Work with your files
Section titled “Work with your files”Attach files so Reef can answer from them:
- Choose files from the Vault, or select the whole Vault.
- Upload new files. These are private to you unless you add them to the Vault.
Reef cites its sources. Select a citation to open the file at the right place.
Create documents
Section titled “Create documents”Reef can create Excel, CSV, Word and HTML files, as well as charts and interactive dashboards.
Use the task library
Section titled “Use the task library”Select Library to browse ready-made tasks grouped by topic. Open a task and select Start task, and Reef guides you through it. Your progress on each task is saved.
Skills and memory
Section titled “Skills and memory”Reef uses the skills and memory saved in the Vault to tailor its answers to your company. It may offer to save new ones as you chat.
AI credits
Section titled “AI credits”Each answer uses AI credits from your account’s allowance. The indicator at the top of Reef shows how much you’ve used. You can also check it in account settings.
Reef and data point chat
Section titled “Reef and data point chat”Reef is for general work. To get help with a single data point in a report, use the chat inside that data point instead. It already knows the data point’s requirements and can suggest a value.
